As we stand on the brink of our Centennial Celebration, may we be reminiscent of the 100 year-old vision of our beloved Founders. The history of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated is a tribute to the 22 trail-blazing women who founded our distinguished organization at Howard University on January 13, 1913.

Our Founders were committed to establishing and maintaining high standards of morality aligned with Christian Principles, scholarship, sisterhood and community services among women.

May we continue to keep the spirit and vision of our Founders imbued in our hearts and minds to reclaim and recommit to our sisterhood.
